- To purchase a ticket, you need to have an original personal passport and a photocopy of passports of other persons (not more than three), on which tickets are bought.
- In case tickets are purchased for a person under the age of 16, a birth certificate (original or copy) is a mandatory document for buying a ticket.
- Each of the 4 tickets will be personal, that means that on the "ticket spine" of the ticket will be written the name of the owner who can get with him to the stadium.
- One person can buy no more than 4 tickets.

- To buy tickets you need to enter: full name, series and passport number, TIN (except for minors), mobile phone number and e-mail address of all persons on.
- In case tickets are purchased for a person under the age of 16, birth data are indicated.
- During the day the system processes the request and verifying the buyer's data.
- In 24 hours after the order to the e-mail address of the buyer, all personal tickets for each person will be sent separately.

3) What documents need to be presented on the entrance of stadium?

ATTENTION! The entrance to the stadium opens at 19:45. Given the additional verification, we ask the fans for their own convenience to come to the stadium in advance, before the match starts.
You can get to the stadium by presenting one of the following documents:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine or another country;
- the foreign passport of Ukraine or other country;
- birth certificate (for children under 16 years old) - copy;
- driver's license;
- a registered bank card with a photo;
- another document that is confirmed in accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On the Single State Demographic Register and Documents, which confirm the citizenship of Ukraine, confirm its identity or its special status."
Responsible services of the stadium will check the name on the ticket in accordance with the above documents.
To get to the stadium can only a person whose data matches the data both on the ticket and in the documents that confirm the person.
To sell and transmit tickets in any way to another person is prohibited.
Tickets cannot be exchanged and returned.
If a ticket is lost or damaged, a duplicate is not issued and the money is not returned.
4) Is it possible to replace a ticket with another person if the person who bought the ticket can not get to the match?
There is no such possibility.
5) How can I change the ticket if the cashier made a mistake in the data set of the person who bought the ticket?
Carefully check the name and surname on the ticket near the ticket office. In case of an error the cashier reissues your ticket.
